Shaun White wins his third Olympic gold
Eight years after he last stood on top of an Olympic podium, Shaun White served a thrilling reminder of why he remains the best and most famous snowboarder in the business by claiming back his halfpipe title at the age of 31.
The 31-year-old snowboarder from San Diego, California, just won his third gold on the Winter Olympic games.
Shaun White's first gold came in 2006 Torino Winter Olympic games, for his excellent halfpipe performance.
In 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic games White proved that he is the king of halfpipe, with another gold medal.
And this year in Pyeongchang, South Korea, he won another first place on a halfpipe event.
White is a proud owner of another 13 gold medals from Winter X Games. He also has three silver and two bronze medals from the same games.
And from X Games, White has two gold, two silver and one bronze medal.
