Southgate hails England's defensive resilience after Brazil draw

England boss Gareth Southgate believes his side proved they have the defensive mettle to challenge the best in the world after keeping Brazil's attacking brilliance at bay.

The international friendly game against two football giants - England and Brazil - happened yesterday, on November 14, and both teams did their best to defend their country's colors.

The final score was a draw - 0:0.

Brazilian national team had many chances for putting one in the net, but England's defense was beyond this world.

England played without its star players: Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Raheem Sterling, but that didn't stop them to show us what a steel defense means.

Gareth Southgate, England's manager, seems very pleased with his team's play versus Brazilian national team.
